Vanquis nightmare

This is still ongoing - although the threatening phone calls have stopped i am still getting monthly statements which show the outstanding balance increasing by £12 a month.
I do understand what you said about cutting off my nose to spite my face, but the principles here are that vanquis completely disregard my evidence that i could not have possibly taken this card out and are adamant that they want the balance in full to clear the card.
I was under the impression that i had rights due to the fact that i informed vanquis when i 1st received a statement from them with a zero balance that i had not taken out this card, 22 days later a charge is made against it for a money off savings scheme that they were allegedly promoting.....
I am desperate to solve this matter once and for all but dont seem to have anywhere to turn....
