Gas rebate from Npower

Hi everyone. You may be in for a surprise from your old gas/electric supplier so if you get a letter dont be tempted to bin it without opening it. I have just received a notice for a 40£ rebate. I have to confirm details online. The letter says consumer focus have basically made them repay charges to customers that were unfair in 2007-2008. Good luck everyone! x

i have a thread about this on mse too. the letter is addressed to the occupier. its so deceptively junk. npower is hoping we will bin the letter and i know of one person who did. i could have lost £92. if i didnt already have issues with npower i would not have read the letter. this subject should be on main news channels. npower is trying to decive and im not happy. i will get my refund but im very concerned that a lot of people will lose out.0
