I said go ahead as long as it wasnt too expensive - maybe I am niave (sp!), but I would consider that quite expensive!

Brake pads only according to the invoice. They told me brake pads anyway.

But it might not be expensive to them

But technically you did give them the go ahead, not defending there prices BTW i think they are extortionate for pads.

Try ringing other dealers for prices as suggested it may be in line or they are ripping you off

I cant believe that £1000 is not expensive to someone who works in a car dealership I feel stupid for agreeing, but I trusted them - we have used them for years as we almost always have a ford.

I will try ringing round tomorrow..
