Does anyone know how I can sell out of my Club la Costa? I've paid the maintainance charge for this year and now want out of the contract for good without any debt or complication. How do I go about this?

The going rate for resale CLC points is around 0p to 50p per point. CLC then charge roughly £1 a point to transfer them over, up to (i think) a max of 1300 Euro. You should then charge your already paid annual membership on top of that.
It may be worth joining https://www.clcmembers.co.uk forum - its a fiver for a full years access. You can advertise your points there, sell any already booked weeks and get lots of useful CLC info etc.
Alternately talk to http://www.timeshare-hypermarket.com/ they will advise you what you can realistically get for your points0 -
