Hi all, i am currently having a dispute with TalkTalk as i requested my home telephone number to be made ex-directory but they have published it along with my name and address. They say it's BT's fault not theirs as they requested BT to make it ex-directory and refuse to help.
Could anyone advise me the best way forward?
Thanks

Just log on to your Talktalk account and amend the Boosts & calling features yourself. Obviously it will only happen in the next phone directory printing0

A common problem for at least the past 3 years.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/477547Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
