in Credit cards
I have purchased a pair of what I thought were genuine Uggs from Australia, I know maybe I should have researched things a bit more, but anyhow I dont want them. I paid by credit card. Do I have any come back from my credit card company under section 75? I have emailed the company but am getting no response (surprise) My credit card company reckons I should sort it out with the company I bought them from. I would appreciate any advice, thanks guys.
