Hi
I have had a heart braking time over the last week and as a result need to shed a few pounds ( very late misscarriage) I just want to look normal.
Anyway i remember seeing a tv program where they showed this machine at a health studio in the UK. You can book sessions and basically get into a small cabin and cycle when your in there. It acts like a vacumn and you shed the pounds.
If anyone can tell me what that is called i would appreciate it!!
