B&Q poor service again

I attended Bolton B & Q store 1410hrs this date, very noisy works going on lots of staff everywhere, went to checkout with purchases, not one till was staffed, self serve checkout chaotic, none of staff in vicinity helping.
Purchases left at till, I have emailed B & Q but do not anticipate any joy from them.
I wouldn`t mind this is a wet Thursday afternoon with the store relatively quiet, I know I should be used to it by now, but I will definitely try and use somewhere else if at all possible.

Widelats

I went last week, the cashier had no idea about the £250 spent and get free delivery they do, and said it was £450 minimum spend for delivery (Despite posters all over the shop saying £250 and despite large signs on her own till saying £250)

Bought £280 worth of paint and emulsion, few tools and wallpaper, got to the checkout and was told "Hope you got enough room in your car for all this" i said "No i am spending over £250 i am going to get it delivered" and she says "Er, we don't deliver paint, at all, at any time"

So i went mad, saying why wasn't i told this, then the manager came over to the till and offered to deliver my entire shop purchase at my house that evening for free ... so i had a good and bad experience with B & Q.
