Prepaid Gift Cards

Does anyone know who does a prepaid gift type card where you can load some money onto a card and gift this to say your staff at Xmas or use as a promotional tool to entice people to say take a holiday with you and you give them £50 to spend when they are on holiday?
I know they are quite common in the U.S. but I can't find anything online for the U.K.

First post here, so be gentle... but I'm a bit of an avid fan of Hot UK Deals.

So I have been trying to think of something similar for some people i work with.

I work with people of all ages and i want to buy them all something for the hard work they have done this year so to actually try and pick a present out is a bit tough. I spotted this website

they only seem to have mastercard but don't appear to have any charges for using it and can write on personalised messages, might be worth a try! Let me know if you see anything else out there....?
