It depends on how long you've been there plus age is factored into it. Generally it's a week for every year you've been there (after 2 years working there), holiday pay owed, and any notice you haven't been given.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

1 week for every year you have worked there, up to 41 years of age,
1.5 weeks after that for each full year.

    accrued holiday to date

Payment in lieu of notice if they send you straight away.

1 week or 1 month or 3 months depending what is in yur contract.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Check here for definitive answer to statutory redundancy pay, even has a redundancy pay calculator. http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/RedundancyAndLeavingYourJob/index.htm

Check your contract for notice period and to make sure you're not on any 'enhanced' redundancy pay terms and conditions.
Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.
