Hey all firstly I would like to mention im new to the forums and my spelling is not the best so please forgive.
I am renting a property from Dedmans estate agency
The landlord lives away in anouther country , so we always try to communicate with the letting agents.
We have rented an old victoran flat for about a year now and things are starting to fall apart.
Firstly tiles from the roof are falling and smashing anything below , Ive had about 3 holes Ive had to fix on a plastic corrigated conservitory.
The estate agency keep saying they will get the problem resolved and they are sending builders , but nothing happens this has been going on for about 4 mounths now.
Also my bathroom has little to no ventilation so I have to bleech the walls and ceeling weekly and its starting to affect my as im coughing lots.
Is it their responsiblity to put an extraction fan in or resolve the problem any other way?
I know some will say just move , but I cant , we dont have the money to move as were on a tight budged at the moment and the location is close to a train station so we can get to work.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post

I dont think its their problem to resolve the bathroom issue. Is there a window you can open?
Tiles coming off the roof and going through a conservatory roof is dandgerous and they should be addressing that asap.0
