Hi all ,
bit of a random query but ill try and word it so it makes some form of sense.
long story short BT messed up and offered me 6 months free line rental and some compensation
If I was to cancel my line rental with BT would they credit my bank with the whole amount including what would have been 6 months line rental costs? Im trying to work out whether its cheaper to just move my line rental to a cheaper company and then just receive what BT rightfuly owe me.
I dont want to cancel though if it means ill lose what would have been 6 months line rental fees.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks!

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Doubt it,you'd more than likely find the offer was conditional with you staying with BT.0
