i ordered a bed start and argos took my money on the 8th September they then rang me 3 weeks later and said they had supplier issues but it would still be deilvered at start of November. Now they have just rang me and told me the supllier has refused them any more stock and i can either have a refund or pay an extra £100 for an alternitive. Can they do this seems as they have sat with my money for 2 months now :mad: my daughter was so excited for her racing car bed too:(

I will be going elswhere but i thought once the money was taken they had to provide the or an alternitive to it? Im a little annoyed that it has been 2 months and they just do not care not an apology or anything:(0
