I thought I got one - it wouldn't submit until I had ticked boxes for info.

I'm pretty sure it's gone through if your details vanish off screen even though you don't see a confirmation and the URL does not appear to change.

I deliberately submitted first time without a tick box completed to see what happened and it told me off and told me to make a selection, so I reckon we're all good! x
