HI Emmell,

Got it finally this lunchtime but was 20 mins late back to the office cos they couldn't find it, they had to ring the bloke again to find out what he'd done with it, then nobody had scanned it in and the driver had been kind enough to scribble 'refused' over the box. Nice. Had I not gone in there today I suspect it would be winging its way back to Estee Lauder tomorrow.
