Uswitch - Cashback!

I switched to Scottish Power in July and was promised a £50 Cashback within 9 weeks. To date, NOT paid and poor excuses by Uswitch - be CAREFUL, even MSE have been advised but no reponse from them either!

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your cashback yet – unfortunately we’ve been experiencing some delays in getting these payments to customers.
We’ve been working closely with ScottishPower to get this resolved and we sent an email to everyone affected on Wednesday 3rd November explaining that your payment should be with you by Friday 19th November, but if you didn’t receive this please email me at the address on our profile page so I can look into it for you and explain further.
