This is based on a 3 bedroom house, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Thank you.

Why do you need this?Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

And more to the piont its impossible to guess with the details given evne if someone was knowledgable about prices 8 years ago. Kitchen could be anywhere between £1000 and £20,000? etc etc0

far too many variables to give any half decent answer.
the only guess i could give is approx 2/3rds of todays prices.Get some gorm.0 -
Thanks.
The reason I need it is because I applied for mortgage relief and they sent me a form back saying that my mortgage company has told them that I have a home improvements loan and they want to know all the above prices, with receipts if I have them, to know if I qualify for help with this as well. I borrowed £10,000 and had all the above work done I just don't know how much they cost.0 -
Then the answer is, presumably, £10k.

Yes that's the total but they want to know what I spent the money on and each individual price, also why I needed the work done.0

If you don't have the receipts how can you be expected to know the make-up of the overall spend?with receipts if I have them

spread the cost over the work that was done and state you dont have the receipts.0

Perhaps you should just send them the list of what work was done and say the total came to £10,000. It would not require much intelligence for them to see that the amount spent was not unreasonable when compared with the list of work carried out.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
I think that they just want to make sure that I did spend the money on home improvements and not on something like a holiday, I suppose.0
