Hi - in general terms the answer has to be yes especially if your car is not covered comprehensively but make sure you don't pay over the odds for it.Some companies include it in the basic price but others charge up to £25.00 but the going rate is more like £15.00.

Thanks,but what if i am "fully comp"?
I was just looking at ways of cutting out unnessessary costs,but if it's sensible to keep it,i will.
I have read that sometimes you may already have cover included with other things,i think my union has a free legal service,but if they are not experts in motor insurance cases it may be a lot of hassle just to save £20.
