Free lactofree milk

Been using Prolactazyme Forte for years as I too am lacto intolerant, and they work very well. Milk Aid is another one that's very good. Never tried lactofree milk, tried goats for a while but didn't like it much (it's the smell too) now use unsweetened soya with calcium, it had a nice nutty taste which I like. I wouldn't go back to cows milk now.
Daughter had problems when she was a baby, cramps etc, after she went onto solids she wouldn't touch milk and still doesn't drink it 28 years later. She turned out to be intolerant too and swears by the capsules when she knows milk is in her food.0 -
Thank you very much. My son is lacto intolerant, he gets dreadful excema from it. He loves goats milk and rice milk, but has had this too. I try to change what he has as he seems to get worse if i stick to one thing

This will be most useful.
