I don't think anyone here works in BHS customer services so not able to advise, I'm sure they will let us know either way though

Thanks for that info, think this has just happened to me as i only got one confirmation email on 2 orders..short space of time and small amounts...second one still not arrived and i was wondering why.

May have to redo the last one as these are great for teachers pressie.

I did manage to place two orders on one account - one through card and one through paypay. Tried to place another and it would not go through however paypal said they have made payment on it
