I placed 2 orders, the first one for 3 Jacobs Creek wine gifts, paid by debit card but for some reason it wouldn't let me create an account after I'd paid. I got an order confirmation email.
5 minutes later I placed an order for 4 smirnoff sets, paid by paypal and it let me create an account. Got an order confirmation email and could also see the order in my account.
This evening I got a dispatch email for the smirnoff but I haven't received anything about the wine sets yet. Was anyone else unable to create an account after they'd gone through checkout?
I was unable to create an account or didn't see it, i ordered at 4.15am yesterday morning and had confirmation email but no dispatch email and i can't track it...so no idea whether its coming or not

Me too Claribel!
Had confirmation e mail as soon as I placed the order just before 7am but was then unable to create an account so cannot see what stage the order is at.
Payment has been taken from my account so still a bit hopeful!:o0 -

I ended up phoning BHS yesterday as i too never recieved a confirmation email after placing my order.
The really helpful guy at BHS emailed over an invoice for my goods.
He said that normally confirmation emails can take up to 2 hours but for some reason they were 'extra' busy and didnt know why some people were not recieving theirs.
I was paranoid about phoning but was more worried about them taking my money and me not getting my goods (and having no proof of order - i didnt bother writing down the order number or register with them LOL! i wont be doing that again in a hurry hahaha)
Anyway there are no problems with the order and will be dispatched in due course. My beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0 -
I got confirmation of my order at 7:30 yesterday, which has a link to the invoice. Not had a cancellation or despatch email yet, but didn't create an account.0

Finally got my BHS email stating goodies are on their way.
So, 2 x Whisky, 2 x Disaronno and 1 Brandy Gift Sets are on their way for a grand sum of £7 delivered (minus TCB).
So, maybe I'm not a loser after all............apart from Debenhams treadmills maybe.
Many thanks to OP.
