Help with Paypal

I'm hoping someone can give me some help with Paypal. On 20th September I sold a CD from my website using Paypal tools, according to the Paypal site this transaction was completed so I sent off the CD. On 2nd October I noticed that they had put on a temporary hold on the transaction but I had had no email to say why. I then looked in the help files and then decided to phone them, big mistake, only answer machine with press this button and that button available, no human. I then decided to email them, no reply, sent another one, this time i got a survey back asking how they did!!! I gave them a less than complimentary report instead. I then made a complaint agains Paypal itself to which I have had no reply. Yesterday I had an email finally off them telling me they had reversed the transaction so I counter claimed. I'm at a total loss as to why this has happened and it doesnt help when Paypal don't respond to emails or phone calls. So can anyone help me on this please? TIA
