I dont renewed my credit expert account last night got my credit rating score which was 335 I know thats very poor. But i cannot seem to get a basic bank account with any bank even when i do get one they close within a week or 2.
My credit sore 20/01/2009 was 284 and i could get any basic account sometimes credit accounts.
Although I do have an issue with III sharedealing i found an exploit on the site on how to add money to your account without actually having, I was informed i would be put on CIFAS register thing, but i cannot see this on my credit expert report surely if i was on it it would be displayed there. I have 2 defaults soon to be 3/4, 2 CCJ's which aren't mine i share same name with my dad.
I am starting to get annoyed not sure what to do here.

Contact equifax, experian and call credit and ask for a notice of disassociation as you have same name but different date of birth as long as you have no financial link ie joint accounts or anything they will make sure you dont see their info and they don't see yours.
I had similar problem as my mum shares the same inital which was fine when I was 18 as I used to get approved with higher limits than my pals, but in the scheme of things it will help u.JS Name: Freemans £94/£200, Jacamo £941/£1400, Santander account £0/£0 Limit, 3 network 18mthx£20, Vanquis £233/£250, Vodafone 24mthx£35, Great Universal £500/£600, Littlewoods £500/£600, Marshall Ward £250/£300, Halifax Reward £93/£100 o/d, Studio £44/£250, Flybe £1450/£1500, Accessory £450/£520.0 -
to be fair if you have a CIFAS loading against you most banks won't touch you as you have already shown you will commit fraud if given the chance0
