A praise for Comet!

Hi, This is a praise for Comet :T At the end of Sept, I wrote for advise on my oven, that was leaking water whilst cooking. After 3 engineer calls and a few phone calls, Comet have offered me a replacement. Have had it delivered today, so hopefully puddlefree cooking!

If you think several phone calls and 3 engineer visits to get a problem sorted is worthy of praise then you are VERY understanding.

Personally, I would be keeping quiet, accepting that the problem was eventually sorted and hoping that nothing goes wrong in future.

Certainly not worthy of praise in my book.

Oh dear!.....to me it is a praise, considering what some people have had to go through to get their problems sorted, I feel I got off lightly and not had to go down the route of sending recorded letters etc.
