Hi,
Please can someone confirm what i heard today-
That if a company was to sack an worker unfairly and the worker takes the case to a tribunal and wins then he/she only gets the equivalent redundancy (a week for every year for under 40s), any holiday pay due and the wages lost from when the worker was sacked and when he finds another job(which could possibly be just a week later)?

No, that is not true. The award is made up of a number of factors, which may be more or less than a redundancy payment.Gone ... or have I?0
