Charged for wrong tariff after switching - supplier & switching site deny their error
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed when your put on the wrong energy tariff by your new supplier after switching? The comparison site says the quoted tariff was requested but the supplier says a different one (or possibly none) was requested.
This didn't transpire until the first bill arrived, before then, no tariff name was ever mentioned in supplier missives.

Well I suppose you could try discussing this with your doctor, your dentist, perhaps your local councillor ... but I suspect the most appropriate people may be the supplier themselves. Give it a try; you may be pleasently surprised by the results.
