Is anybody counting their 'free' minutes?

We've tried several times to get Virgin to send an account of our 'talk800 minutes' but each one is less than 300 minutes used, then they start to charge.

I pay a package rate for those minutes but never 'see' them. We have to trust that they're being properly counted. They're not. Action?:mad:
