Has anyone tried Forest Holidays? They advertise cabin and caravan holidays in UK forests, they look good but its always better to get another view.

Sorry not tried them but have used http://www.griffonforest.co.uk/ we had a lovely week there, plenty of wildlife if you put out food.
Each cabin has a hot tub, some have a jacuzzi.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
We are going to one of the Yorkshire ones before Xmas so will be able to tell you then, tripadvisor reviews are generally OK and we have paid just over £100 for 5 days so will be more than happy if it is average or above! They had a massive advance sale last year so watch out for similar again this year
I think the Silver birch and above all have hot tubs and a new site opened this year
I have also been to Griffon Forest many years ago and it was indeed lovely. Very convenient location just north of York as well0 -
There have been a few posts on HokUkDeals for them. We have booked to go in Easter hols next year, just received their brochure and it looks fab, I can't wait!!. They also have a facebook page which has photos on it.To be in your child's memories tomorrow, be in their life today.0

We stayed in a Silver Birch cabin in Keldy a couple of years ago and loved it. Extremely good value for money, especially if you go out of season.0

We have had holidays with forest holidays for a number of years now.
We have been to the sites in Scotland Yorkshire Cornwall and The Newest site at The Forest of Dean,I can assure you that you wont be disappointed
The sites are owned by The Forestry Commision and the running of the sites is jointly with the caravan club.'Newer Type lodges' are at Cropton Argyll and The forest of Dean. Most come with a Hot Tub which is situated on the verandah.0
