mobile from e bay ??

Hello, I am currently on a pay monthly contract with 3 and my phone has been damaged. It got slightly damp and will no longer work.3 have said that it will cost £400!!! to buy out of my contract and the best they can do is down grade my current package and sell me another , so in theory I would be paying two contracts. Can I buy the same phone from e bay and put in my sim card??Will it still function in the same way?? Will my bluetooth connect?PLease help me if you can .Thankyou. Casey x

Hi thanks for the reply. I have got the sim card from mine and understand that if I buy an unused one from e bay the sim won't have been put in. Will mine work?

if the phone you are buying is not locked to another network then you should be fine.

Out of curiosity, what phone is it?
