I took out a policy through a reputable cashback site. All the terms and conditions were stated. Now after the set waiting time has passed the insurance company are refusing my cashback saying I do not meet terms and conditions even though they will not state what is wrong. £100 is quite a lot to lose. Advice on next step please? Thankyou.
