virgin usually works out okay, i refuse to fly anything but non stop
as for hotels , book direct as you pay for the room not per person, check on google to see if theres any conventions on in vegas for your dates, the prices will be much higher0 -
http://www.lasvegastalk.com/modules.php?name=Forums is a good place for your Vegas stayIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0

Hard to recommend hotels without knowing your budget.0

Well, not flea pits or 5 star but anything reasonable in between if good value0

i always book a red roof inn....kinda budget end but clean and decent with a pool etc
find the phone or email of where you want to stay and book direct, its usualy $20 cheaper to book direct and its per room not per person0 -
http://www.redroof.com/
there you go...see if theres any in your areas you have planned, then phone and ask for best rate/weekly rate at the actual inn...not the booking center
beware of san fran, ive only been there once but hotels were v expensive and most charged alot to park....parking is free elsewhere0 -

Thanks Steveo, you're a gent. Red roof looks ok - especially for tourists who are out most of the time anyway0 -
