One of my credit cards had a zero balance and I have recently been received a £500 refund onto that card, that leaves me £500 in credit.
If I want to withdraw that cash would I get charged???

You might if they charge for ATM withdrawals (I presume that's what you mean).
You need to check the terms for that type of transaction.
You won't get charged interest but if they charge for actually using the machine, then that still applies regardless of what you balance is.
You won't get charged for requesting a cheque or BACS transfer.0
