Ok my iPhones silent button is going funny on and off 24/7.
I just got a new contract phone on saturday with another insurance
I still use my iphone for apps I have bourght.
I bourght my iphone pay and go last year with a years insurance. I dont have the means of travel to go to my nearest apple shop to get it fixed as its miles away and also don't have time with long hours at work now.
When I got my contract I was not told my old insruance will be invalid because I'm moving my iphone number to my new htc contract.
I rang up today and after speaking to many people they decided that its void because its not the same number, even though I havn't got a new sim card for it yet and still have the original. What can I do I've payed £120 for nothing now
