Payday Loan - Mystery Shopping

Had an email this morning from a Mystery Shopping company offering £50 to undertake an assignment by taking a loan via Payday Loans.
Initial thoughts was oh this could be handy, but however on reading further you are required to default on the very first payment by 3-4 days to see how much default fees you would have to pay.
Surely the potential damage to your credit rating would be more than the £50 fee.
At no point does the email explain about the effect or no effect on your credit rating.

I'd get my longest bargepole out and avoid them at all costs.0

I came on here to specifically warn people NOT to touch this. Having a payday loan on your CR is bad enough, but having a defaulted one is financial suicide. Plus giving these eejits your bank details is asking for serious trouble.
I can't say this loud enough.
DO NOT TOUCH THESE PAYDAY LOAN MYSTERY SHOPS!!!!

What a joke.0 -
Not to mention messing up your relationship with your bank and receiving mega bank charges too.

I got this one too.
There is absolutely no way I would do that as it will impact on your finances for many years. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Surely this has to be illegal, how can a legit survey company ask you to default on a loan for god sake.
And what possible purpose would it serve> I cant think of any reason for such a survey?0 -
I guess the £50 the mystery shopper gives you is not real and the payment will bounce!
You would be left with a loan of £50 plus fees!0 -
Surely you did not think even for 1 second that this was legit??Thank you all who post.0

It's a legit company offering the work. I've done other assignments for them and been paid. They were just straightforward enquiries in shops with no comeback. Here I go again on my own....0
