Whats wrong with my computer???

in Techie Stuff
Today whenever I try and access and previous word documents or bring up a new blank sheet I only ever get word viewer. I have tried re-booting but this makes no difference - what is wrong??:confused:

    find the document you want to open , right click with your mouse on it and choose "open with" and then "choose program" find word on the list and then tick the box that says "always open with"

    Right click on the document and go to properties - then change the programme which is associated with opening the file!!

    I can open for editing but this is happening with EVERY word doc, even if you start a new one?!?

    Thanks, that seems to have done the trick, not sure how it happened though!:T
