If you don't mind getting jammed between the loo and the basin - the shower room's only 4'6" wide!
That's big in my experience. You should try living in most studios, they're as small as small can be for the shower.

You do all realise I'm being paid by the estate agents/Rightmove to start this thread, to promote their property :)

£15 for every link you guys come up with

    ... I wish.

Oh dear .... a repossession "We advise that an offer has been made for the above property in the sum of £45,000" - and it sold for £86k at the peak http://www.houseprices.co.uk/e.php?q=14+Shaw+Street%2C+Bury%2C+BL9+7QD

Stupid question, but why do people tape down toilet seats!?

Seen this quite a few times....often with yellow and black tape. Also tape down the cisterns and around the shower?!

Wouldn't be on my list of things to do?!

Went to see hundreds of repossessed houses before I bought and they all had this done. Usually to stop people using things that have been disconnected.

Ahhh, I see, repo's, makes perfect sense.

Guess it stops a surprise in the toilet bowl :D

If there is no one living in the property then your best to turn the water off.

More importantly I think you should be asking why anyone earning just above minimum wage should be allowed to borrow £45,000 to buy a house. That's the kind of money someone with a years experience at McDonald's might earn at the age of 18.

Isn't this the kind of irresponsible lending that people are jumping up and down about?

Would you lend a school leaver £45k of your money?

    3 beds, £45k. http://www.fish4.co.uk/homes/advert?adId=24795885
Looks nice enough, but I wonder if yoofs congregate on that bit of grass to the side at night.

I should have said "and not in Wales" really.

    That's a repo with a 52k offer on it.

and that SA1 house in Townhill, the reason that it is so cheap is because the area is well dodgy and sliding down the hill. There is a cemetery at the top of the hill, now closed; the bodies were buried at the top of the hill, originally......
