HELP!! New home, badly fitted windows

NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE CORRECT SUB HEADING TO POST UNDER, BUT CAN ANYONE HELP?
My husband and I brought a 3 bed David Wilson Home in June 2008, as there was only the 2 of us we had 2 spare bedrooms, that we rarely used. I have since had a baby in April this year and since the weather has turned cold and we have needed the heating on, the baby's room just doesnt seem to heat up like the rest of the house. I checked the window last night and there is an obvious draft coming through. I have checked David Wilsons website and they say windows are covered in the 2 year warranty, which we are 4 months over. Does anyone know if this would be covered by NHBC?
I cant see how they can only give windows a 2 year warranty, when if i had them fitted by a double glazing firm, they offer between 10-15 years warranty.
I cant imagine this will be a cheap repair, and wary of getting a cowboy firm. Need it sorting ASAP, so any help or advise is much appreciated.
Thanks

Don't necessarily believe the website and certainly don't make a decision based on it. Pick up the telephone and talk to them having drafted a letter to record your concerns. Then speak to them again after they have had the chance to digest your leter.
