Dogs genitals?

lol sorry - i dont know if we're being stupid or not!
Ok, obviously dog has his erm . . . knackers (as some one ^^ said!)
Now, I've never really looked at my dogs erm . . knackers . . but yesterday he was on his back having his belly rubbed and my OH shouted he had "lumps"
Now the lumps are at the bottom of his genitals (near his lipstick -omg this is making me chuckle)
We was trying to figure out whether they should / shouldnt be there (probably are and we're just being dumb!)
Wanted to do a quick google search but gave up as it kept bringing up "other" genitals lol0 -
If they go up and down, they are probably the bulbus glandis, normal erectile tissue that helps to "tie-in" the male during reproduction. If they stay enlarged, see your vet0

:rotfl:lol Thank you - Wondered what the hell they were
now feel very silly but hey - learn something new every day

Yes thats normal. They're glands i believe! What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

Hi - my boy has the same thing. He's 3 and neutered. It's the bulbous glands at the base of his you-know-what. They swell sometimes if he's excited or needs to go to toilet. Panicked the first time I saw it though and rang vet in a panic. Their intended use would be if your dog was mating, basically they swell and stop the dogs coming apart.

Don't forget a small amount of green discharge from the willie is normal too - that one supplies a lot of people too. Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
