few rudey bits from ann summers ? ;) choc body paint etc
maybe some homemade things ? soaps, truffles etc

My OH suggested a rampant rabbit! lol but my sister is a bit of a prude, I just dont think she would appreciate anything from Ann Summers, choc body paint etc. Plus my Mum would be asking awkward questions :rotfl:

Brilliant suggestions, I like the newspaper of the day idea and thought of a romantic CD, so the items in the hamper could be taken on honeymoon or left for sometime in the future.

I looked on the Lush website because she loves Lush stuff and they do massage bars, one is in the shape of a heart, the other is called Romance in a stone and has a romantic poem inside, perfect!

    lovely idea

how about some candles and some dried rose petals? Easy enough to dry them yourself.

I made a wedding hamper when my friend got married last year.

As the wedding isn't until may (thats when my friend got married) I'd wait until just after valentines day next year and get lots of reduced bits - thats what I did :D

Lush did a heart shaped bath bomb last year so I got a couple of those.

There was lots of 'love heart' confetti type stuff in the shops too so I filled the box with that - it did make a mess :rotfl:

I also got some love heart sweeties :D They've got their own website with some cute stuff - I ended up just buying lots of the sweeties from the shop but there is some nice stuff on here https://www.lovehearts.com/index.asp

I put the hamper in their hotel room ready for them to see as soon as they 'popped back' there after the ceremony.

It had some massage oil & a wooden massager from the body shop.

I also put in their favourite cadburys choccy bars & some cans of drink - I knew they would appreciate that more than alcohol :)

Oh, I also got a rubber duck for the bath :rotfl:
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

Brilliant ideas, thanks Quackers. Will wait until after Valentines day for sure, excellent idea. I like the idea of putting the hamper in their hotel room, wasnt sure how/when to present it.

I've got so many ideas now I'll probably spend loads of money lol
