Ebay 24 hour contact window

just a quick question - as been going round and round Ebays help / contact pages for the last 30 mins ( dont even mention Louise !! )

I managed to get a live help window up last night to explain a problem I am having ,but cant find it now - can any one give me a flow chart of directions to it again please ?

( I`ve forgotten ! - it must be being the wrong side of 50 !;) )




Ebays help sections are like being lost in a Labyrinth - half expect to see David Bowie pop up and somewhere and and give me rhyming clues !

actually just had a thought ( the first ! ) since the phone lines stop at 9pm , perhaps he widow becomes available after that ( - not calling 0845 number !! )

It only appears sometimes, I have managed to use it a couple of times but doesnt always work.

Maybe it is a staff related issue, Not enough staff and it doesnt happen or if the service is busy?

They tend to be vague & have to ask somebody else & get back to me, 2 Days ago & still waiting.

Contact us
Put in the box 'unpaid item'
Should appear after you select you are a buyer
They can transfer you to any department
Open 6am - 12am generally

I have been on at 3am and had a chat with them, Box seems to appear at random to me.
