Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.

Yes, sorry. We were rejected on our last offer. Estate agent is telling us someone has offered asking, however I think they're playing games as the property is still on the internet. Heart is no longer in the place as they're just played us around too much...0
