Virgin Balloon Flight Florida

Hi, I'm trying to add a Champagne Balloon flight to my 2011 Florida booking with Virgin. The online prices are shown on the link below
(2011 - Adult: £109, Child (10-15 years): £59, Child (10 years and under): FREE)

The booking will be for 2 adults, one 15 year old and one 10 year old, so I get the total price to be £277.

The online booking function only allows me to book 2 adults at £109 each and 2 children at £109 each = £436.

So, I phoned Virgin to ask them to add it to my booking but they are quoting the brochure price of £109 each for adults, £109 for over 11s and free for my 10 year old = £327.

Has anyone booked the balloon flight with Virgin and managed the get the online prices shown in the link?

Many thanks.
