eBay want my card details

I've been buying and selling on ebay for years now and got good feedback. I then had a big dispute over a car I sold (the buyer was a con man) so had to open a new account so he couldn't harrass me.
Anyway..I've bought and sold over 40 things since and I now need to put my car on ebay however it won't let my log on to sell anything as 'Your account has exceeded the limit. Please update or provide your card information'.
Now it's done this a few times so I'd pay my account off and then I could sell again. However it won't let me do it this time. I don't want to give ebay any of my card details...is there a way of getting around this sellling block?

Yeah the balance takes time up to 3 days in my experience0

It is a very simple measure to stop sellers running up bills and then disappearing without paying them.

If you owe more than £15 in fees you can't list anything until you provide a means of paying your fees automatically, such as a CC or authorising payment to be made by Paypal.
