Transferring Seetickets

I bought four Take That tickets from SeeTickets when they went on sale. I don't want to go myself, I bought them for some friends with the arrangement that I sell them to them at face value.
But after buying them I see on See Tickets T&C that I'm not allowed to transfer or resell them. Knowing that lots of people wanted to buy these to resell on eBay I assumed this would be OK.
People are selling these tickets on eBay so can I assume that even though it's technically against the T&C it's not going to be enforced at the gates?

I have never been asked for ID at an event. If you think of the thousands of people flooding through the gates the last thing the people on the gates have time to do is check everyone's passport! So, I wouldn't worry about it.0
