Play.com Help Please

2 months ago I ordered some wireless headphones from play, after 5 deliveries I am still getting the wrong item sent to me.

At first I tried emailing them, then ringing them, after the 3rd attempt they said they would query their warehouse but I got the same result.

The next call I made I asked to speak to a manager to get it sorted, he organised a quick delivery but it was still the wrong item.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the item from them as they are the only place that stock it?
