Well I can officially declare the debate over. There's little more to be said. THere is no problem with buying and selling houses.
I had a hand delivered leaflet in my door this morning. From a local Estate Agent:
Then it goes on to say "Rental property is flying off the shelf and we want more." and the imortal line:
So there we go. We don't have this from any casual observer, and biased owner or buyer, we have this straight from a 'professional' working 100% in the property business. So they surely cannot be lying can they?
Gin & Tonics all round.....

..we can tell you that demand is as high as ever, buying and selling, and we are still commanding top prices for desirable propoerties.
So, if you have been put off by what you've heard in the media, then please come and pay us a visit, and let us set the record straight and prove to you it's not all doom and gloom.
The only housing crisis that we can see, is that we don't have enough property to sell!

Some Estate agents are desperate to drum up business. We get the same, they go in the recycling.0

Well I'm simply relaying what I've been told on the leaflet!
Surely, you're not suggesting that Estate Agents are talking through their back entrances are you? Surely Estate Agents can't be winding us up?
I just think everyone should know the "Facts".0 -
