Can't really be arsed to be honest. I'm not buying or selling so all a bit academic at the moment.
I would bother with the ASA (Advertising Standard Authority) but in true fashion, as usual for Quango's, they have long since ceased 'doing anything' other than pleading for as big a budget as possible each year, and spending it on luxurious premises, high salaries, jobs for their friends, and pushing out the odd Press Notice.
So for my own purpose, I'm just filing it away in my Waste Paper Bin, but I thought I would share the joy with members of this forum that they have absolutely nothing to worry about with House Prices!
[Of course the Estate Agents could well be telling porkie pies, exaggerating, talking through their back exits (or even entrances) and this could be their last desperate attempt to stay afloat under the maelstrom of global property meltdown. Clutching at straws......]. Who's to say?0 -
