Been hacked into on FB

My neice had a friend on FB but then ignored him. She has blocked him but he keeps signing into her FB account and unblocking himself. How? She has changed passwords several time and email address. Can anyone help? He hasnt had any access to her pc but he did send her 1 email. Could something have been on this?

She can try reporting to abuse@facebook.com who are usually helpful in sorting problems out in my experience.

if her pc has a key logger on it then it wouldnt matter if she changes the password as he could find this out. key loggers have the ability to send the data they capture over the internet via email etc. if you are certain that he is logging in then this is a potential issue.

download the usual malwarebytes and this should pick anything up and remove it
