Ad-Aware SE Personal

I recently downloaded Ad-Aware SE Personal and am happy with the way it performs, however I have just gone through my Program Files and noticed two folders one for 'Lavasoft' who are the providers of Ad-Aware and another folder called 'Adware Alert''.
Are they commected or should i get rid of the latter?

No, AdwareAlert is a different program - do a search with Google for it & you'll find a few links. As it's a trial/pay for program you may as well get rid of it - it should be in your Add/Remove programs list in Control Panel.
