Gosh the weather has been vv blustery today. Is it usually this bad? I forget every year.
I feel v tired and may sleep early tonight i think. I couldn't have flu jab as there was a 35 minute for taxis this morning due to bad weather so i rebooked it for 30 november as it was the only time i was free from work.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Has anyone heard from Frit? He only writes a line now? Maybe he is focussing his efforts on his writing. I do hope he writes a book i shall buy it.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

i know i missed a couple of appointments as did not go to blood test. Am sure diabetes nurse will make my life miserable again but quite frankly i dont want the hassle. My sugars have been much better since i met you guys as you remind me to inject i am sure it has made a difference.
